In the sought after Cape Town V&A Waterfront overlooking the canal, this beautiful prestigious 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers sophisticated luxury with all the amenities and security at the Waterfront marina.

It boasts beautiful views of Table Mountain, the canal and portions of the city centre. It has a private balcony leading off the living room overlooking the canal.

The apartment has marble floor tiles and under-floor heating, and the bedrooms are carpeted. The bathroom vanities are also marble and the main en-suite bathroom has a heated towel rail, shaving plug and hairdryer.

The designer kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The apartment includes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, flat-screen Satellite TV, telephone and secure undercover parking.

The complex has 24-hour access control security and guards roaming throughout the complex. The apartment has its own separate alarm system and is also equipped with a digital safe.

A heated swimming pool offers wooden patio loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. In the quarterdeck amenities building another larger swimming pool and gym are available, overlooking the yacht marina.
