For professionals, staying in the city with your own private parking, is the ideal solution to traffic. 45 On Buitengracht is less than 1km from the Cape Town International Convention centre; offers easy access to all the major highways; and Cape Town International airport is just 20 minutes away.
For culture mongers, an energetic walk will bring you to fine art galleries, the Castle of Good Hope, District 6 museum, The Tuynhuis, Company Gardens, the South African National Gallery and Museum, the Planetarium, Parliament and the Courts of Justice, or take a few minutes stroll up to colourful Bo Kaap, and hear the noon gun from signal Hill.
Shoppers, you are within walking distance from the curios of Green Market Square, the St George's pedestrian and shopping mall and Grand Parade. A short walk will bring you to the Cape Quarter, and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
