The annual National Chrysanthemum Association of South Africa (Western Cape) is holding its annual Chrysanthemum Show on Saturday 7 May at the NG Church hall , Church Street, Wellington.
The doors open for the public at 13h00 and the entry fee is R10 per person.
This annual event, hosted by the Ceres Chrysanthemum Association, showcases the work of dedicated local chrysanthemum growers. The chrysanthemums on display can be bought on this day, along with the prize winning chrysanthemums.
The Ceres Chrysanthemum Association started growing and showcasing chrysanthemums nationally from 2004. The association has approximately 21 members – the youngest of whom is 14yrs old.
