GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; AND STEPS TO CREATING YOUR WEBPAGE on CapePlace2stay
- Submit the on-line details on ‘List your Place to stay’. You will be required to indicate your agreement to the Terms and Conditions (detailed below);
CapePlace2stay will respond via e-mail to your application and queries, and confirm the following steps in listing.
- Provide your material:
Material supplied by you should accurately reflect the facilities and services of your establishment.
- Wording should be in final format as recommended on ‘listing page’ and be approx. 250 - 500 words;
- Up to 6-8 digital photos in .jpg format (optimally 640 x 480 pixels). These should be submitted by e-mail, with each photo labelled and preferred main photo indicated.
- Logo, if required, submitted in digital format of no more than 1Mb.
- Review of webpage content:
- Your supplied material and information will be compiled into a draft webpage and e-mailed to you for review.
- All materials supplied to CapePlace2stay will form the basis of the draft webpage and should be submitted in final format (text and photos). Material submitted must represent content over which you have sole rights for publication and display.
Minor text and layout changes will be accommodated for changes prior to finalisation of your webpage.
- Approval of webpage:
Once you have approved the draft webpage, the final will be created as: www.CapePlace2stay.co.za/Your Place2stay
- Listing of your webpage:
- An invoice will be e-mailed to you for payment prior to the listing of your place2stay. Once payment has been received, your webpage will be linked up. (Invoiced quarterly at R150, or an annual fee).
- Your establishment will be represented on a Google map to indicate location.
- Your full-page website will allow your local and international guests to contact you directly by email ensuring that you retain control of bookings.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Advertising of accommodation on CapePlace2stay CC (CK 96/24931/23) is subject to the following terms and conditions: You agree that:
- places-to-stay outside of one physical address require separate listings and costs apply to each webpage listed.
- when submitting material and thereby agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you indemnify CapePlace2stay against any claim, or liability arising from internet advertising and publication of material submitted. Your submission represents that you have the rights to distribute and display all material (intellectual property).
- sites will be enabled on payment of the 3 or 12-month subscription (excl. opening-special discounts), and will be listed within 3 working days. No refunds are payable on cancellation.
- Annual modification of Rates, Telephone numbers, photos and contact details will be adjusted free of charge.
These will be accepted only if submitted by signed fax or from the e-mail address registered with us. Additional requests for changes may attract additional costs.
- CapePlace2stay reserves the right to terminate a webpage display on non-payment, or misrepresentation of facts.
- CapePlace2stay will not be liable for costs incurred through interruption of service caused by internet server disruptions.
