About Mountain Rise, Houtbay: Mountain Rise is a newly renovated 6 room holiday cottage for up to 5 people, set in 1¼ acres of prime real estate overlooking the ocean. With mountains behind and a stunning sea view in front, Victorskloof is the most sought after location in beautiful Hout Bay. Located close to Cape Town central via the stunning Atlantic seaboard road past Camps Bay and Clifton, Hout Bay is easily accessible via Constantia Nek to the southern suburbs. Facilities: The cottage has a full length patio to enjoy early morning breakfast or early evening sundowners. The cottage has been totally renovated in May 2010 and comprises
- two bedrooms - (one with queen bed; the second bedroom with a double bed and single bed) for two and three people respectively,
- a brand new bathroom with bath and shower,
- modern kitchen with newly installed hob, oven, microwave and small appliances,
- separate dining room and a large lounge leading to the main patio.
