Lovely, compact, modern holiday apartment in Bloubergstrand, situated 1 minute walk from the beach and a short distance from restaurants, buzzing nightlife and shopping centers.
The Cape Town city centre and the V&A waterfront are a 25 minute drive, and easily accessible with the new rapid bus transport system. The beach, with its postcard views of Table Mountain across the bay, is within walking distance from Villa Viola.
This well equipped one bedroom holiday apartment has everything you need for self-catering and is comfortably furnished for business or pleasure trips to Cape Town.
There is a large LCD TV with local TV channels and a DVD player in the lounge area. The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of two adults.
You will find a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and creamer in the well equipped kitchen. Dish washing liquid, a sponge, dish cloths, dish towels and bin liners are in the kitchen. A hand towel, bath mat, toilet paper, hand soap and household cleaner will be in the bathroom upon arrival. Two sets of towels, and an extra set of linen are provided for your stay.
